Curls, a natural hair care brand, has launched a new hair growth enhancement liquid vitamin. 

Curls Blissful Lengths Liquid Hair Growth Vitamin retails at $25.00 on the company’s website, and will roll out to select Target and Sally Beauty stores in 2017.
